Processes in the Atmosphere

When an air parcel moves from one point to another point in the atmosphere, it can follow several different paths. These are:

Constant Pressure known as " isobaric " change

Constant Volume known as " isosteric " change

Constant Temperature known as " isothermal " change

Constant Entropy known as " Isentropic " change

Adiabatic Process i.e. Undisplayed GraphicQ= 0 (no heat added or removed from the air parcel)

The adiabatic Law is Undisplayed Graphic
