Last day. After an 11-hour bus ride over night we finally arrived to our last destination. It was very hot here all day so by the time we got here I was sweating because of all the layers. We took a shuttle to our hotel which is at the airport but still pretty far away. Nice place though and big shower finally. Definitely missing having a normal sized shower. Also, they have a gym! This is our last hotel and they have everything. Free tea, big shower, and a gym! The perfect last stop on an incredibly long journey.

After I got settled in and Nick fell asleep, I left and went to church. Our hotel, although close to the airport, is not close to anything else, so I had to take 3 different public transportation systems to get to church. After a little over an hour, I finally made it there (on time).

The service was good, most normal mass I went to while in Europe. The homily though was great. It made me miss home. But it also made me realize that I am so lucky to have people that truly love me and gave me the courage to go through with this once in a lifetime opportunity.

Although I am beyond excited to go home to see Michael and my family, I will of course miss all the great experiences I've had while travelling Europe. I will be back someday!
