"she's a weapon" is about being in tune with my femininity. Its about feeling proud and beautiful in my own skin. I had made this piece at the beginning of 2023 which is typically when everyone does this New Year's Resolutions and rather than making a list or posting it on social media with a bright and bold caption that nobody but me would care about I decided to do what I do best and use those emotions to create a resolution. My resolution was being in more touch with my feminine side. I think being a woman is the most beautiful thing, I think it is such a blessing to be born as a woman and I have never really been in touch with it as much as I am now. Creating art is my biggest way to express myself and being able to create a painting that represents my femininity is such a powerful, emotional, raw and important thing to me.
