Carmeli Di Tore was born in Houston, TX, U.S.A., North America.
She was raised in Paraguay, South America, where she studied and worked in the medical field.
Since the late 1980s, she has settled in Toledo, Ohio, where she worked at SVMC (Saint Vincent Medical Center), until she got married.
She was a stay-home mother, who while taking care of her child, attended Stautzenberger College, where she graduated as a Personal Fitness Trainer in 2011.
Since 2018, she has became a volunteer docent at the Toledo Museum of Art (TMA).
Since 2019, she started undergraduate classes at the University of Toledo (UT).
In 2022, she changed her UT college degree to a double major in Visual Arts and Art History, with a concentration in Museum Studies.
