I was born in Toledo, OH and have been a member of the United States Army since 2009. Fueled by my deep love of all things fantasy and science fiction, I began studying visual arts and animation at the University of Toledo in the Spring of 2019.
My work and ideas are drawn heavily from my love of comic books, video games, Japanese animation, and movies, and I aspire to create works and projects that blend each of these areas together in a seamlessly entertaining way. I use a combination of brainstorming, hand-drawing ideas, and photographing real-world inspiration pieces before I finally commit my idea to its digital home, where I then use a variety of digital animation tools to bring my idea to life.
